Translating Clinical Intuition Into Documentation Skills
Helping you bring structure, confidence, and clinical reasoning into your documentation.
Mental health clinicians reach out for many reasons. Sometimes for immediate guidance after a surprise audit letter, and other times to strengthen documentation skills, train their teams, or bring documentation and clinical reasoning into better alignment.
Our work is grounded in the belief that documentation should support clinical care, not take therapists away from it. Whether we’re working one-on-one, with a group, or through an interview or training, our goal is to help you translate your clinical intuition into clear, structured documentation that protects your clients, your practice, and your peace of mind.
Ways to Work With Beth
Individual Consultations
Therapists often reach out when they receive an unexpected audit or board inquiry and want steady, practical guidance. During a consultation, Beth helps you understand what the letter is asking for, clarify your clinical reasoning, and outline the steps needed to respond thoughtfully and ethically.
Consultations are also helpful for reviewing progress notes, treatment plans, or intake summaries, strengthening documentation skills, or addressing long-standing questions about clinical decision making and documentation.
The work is collaborative, focused, and designed to bring clarity and confidence to your clinical documentation.
Groups, Practices, Clinics, and Agencies
Beth provides customized trainings, workshops, and supervision for groups of all sizes. These trainings seamlessly integrate documentation with clinical reasoning so teams can create documentation that is structured, defensible, and clinically meaningful.
Many groups also inquire about licensing Documentation Wizard forms for their entire practice, giving all clinicians access to the same structure and standards.
If you’re exploring a training, group consultation, or practice-wide documentation solution, you can share the details through the form below.
