Individual Consultation

Most therapists seeking consultation benefit from beginning on our Hire Beth page. It offers a more complete overview of consultation options, including support for individual clinicians, group practices, and agencies. It is also the quickest path to scheduling time with Beth, especially if you have received an audit letter and need to speak with her as soon as possible.

If you already know that you want a one-hour consultation and prefer to purchase directly, this page allows you to do that.

Beth customizes each consultation to the needs you bring. Therapists often use the time to review a treatment plan or session note, clarify expectations around medical necessity, or receive guidance on preparing for an audit. Because the hour goes by quickly, it helps to arrive with a list of questions or priorities. Beth will take notes during your meeting and send a summary afterward as a reference for your continued work.

The price reflects one hour of consultation. You may add additional hours as needed. For audit-related support, Beth recommends reserving a minimum of three hours to allow time for review, preparation, and meaningful guidance.

After your order is received, Beth will contact you by phone or email to schedule the best time to meet.

For those who are concerned about an audit, please request a 2 month extension. Cite extenuating circumstances, including the holidays. Most who request them, get them. Run don’t walk.
